Our team Members start in one position and are encouraged to become certified in each department over time. Many of our team members started as Prom Assistants while still in high school. We look forward to meeting and talking with you.
Positions and Certifications-
Prom Assistant: The perfect place for our high school students to get great job experience before college or to grow right here in the years ahead. A seasonal position starting as early as mid-December running through May. Prom Assistants focus on prom, formal gowns and related accessories. In addition to your regular pay, Prom Assistants earn extra credits towards their actual prom dress too!
Beauty Consultant: You’ll be passionate about cosmetics and skin care helping Customer look and feel their best. The Merle Norman Cosmetics training program prepares you to service Customers and build relationships that last for years.
Bridal Consultant: Become a fully qualified Bridal expert who loves everything about the Bridal experience. You will work one on one with Brides to outfit their entire special day.
Tuxedo Specialist: The guys need to look great too, and we’re here to help. Employees with this certification are trained to help our Tux and Suit Customers look their best! Whether for proms, weddings or other special days, he will look spectacular.
