In the spirit and in keeping with local, state and federal directives we are continuing to adjust and limit stores hours.

Open on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday only, from 11am – 5pm,
Closed Sunday – Tuesday

Hours may change unexpectedly as government directives change.

Merle Norman Customers:

You may call or email to place an order to be shipped directly to your home. Please leave a message and we will call you to make sure each item is selected correctly.

If you prefer to pick-up your items on Friday or Saturday, we will have them ready for you.

Our nail and pedicure salon services are postponed until restrictions have been lifted. Joanne will call to help reschedule appointments.

All cosmetic makeovers and skincare consultations are postponed and will be rescheduled after restrictions have been lifted.

Brides, Bridesmaids, Wedding Tuxedos/Suits:

We understand that brides planning a fall or winter wedding need to be placing their dress orders now. 

To help you stay on schedule while limiting risk to anyone, the bridal department will be operating during open hours on Friday and Saturday by appointment only.

One bridal party will be allowed in the bridal area at a time.  Each bride may have up to 2 guests.  Bridal appointments are 1 hour. 

We are taking additional steps to clean, sanitize, and disinfect the bridal salon areas between appointments.

All dresses storage fees are being fully waived until one month after we return to normal operating hours.

Proms, Ladies Formal, Quinceañera, and Prom Tuxes/Suits:

Many proms and private events have been rescheduled, and some private proms and small-events are already being scheduled to replace cancelled events after things start returning to normal. 

If you need to select formal wear for an upcoming occasion, the prom & formal wear department will also be operating during open hours by appointment only. 

One Customer will be allowed in the formal area at a time and may have 1 guest.  Appointments are 1 hour. 

We are taking additional steps to clean, sanitize, and disinfect the dressing rooms and mirror areas between appointments. 

If you need to pick-up a gown or tux, please let us know in advance and we can schedule a convenient time to do so. If you have a dress in layaway you may skip payments if needed until May 28th unless you need your dress sooner.

Reminder, all sales are final, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

These measures are difficult but the health and safety for our communities,
our Customers and our employees comes first.
